Bismarck offers free nighttime parking at 3rd St. ramp

(Photo by Matt Bunk) Parking Authority board members Peterson and Dina Baird have been working to find solutions for the parking problems in downtown Bismarck. On Thursday, the board voted 5-0 to allow free parking at night in the Third Street parking ramp.

Downtown Bismarck’s parking problems too big to ignore
